I just found out about this, and I'm interested in the PDF, but don't want to do a separate purchase for the physical copy if ever there is one. Is that a Muppet wielding a battle axe on the front cover? Cause I would totally play that. When most PDF have Bookmarks and hyperlinks on the table of contents , unfortunately this has neither.
Hopefully in a future update it will be added. I am unsure how to add bookmarks. I'm looking into it. I'm not sure what I can do with my Adobe license.
